Something new

1. To stay hydrated - don't be thirsty.
2. To sip - to drink a small amount of water.
3. Stamina - general strength of organism
4. Fatigue - being tired.
5. Cardiovascular - connected with heart as an organ.
6. Treadmill - electronic trainer.
7. Sporadic - active some of the time, but not regularly.
8. Strenuous - something, that needs strength and efforts.
9. Brisk walking - a very fast walking.
10. To curl up - make your body look like a snail.
